Untold stories of the lc 27th July 2016
This happened during the Sunyani 2014 winter exchange....
The Girl was cool and quite friendly from what I noticed when we first got there, but she was quite reserved....she didn't talk all that much in the girls room at the intern house. We(some guys and some girls) were there for almost a week until finally this guy came. The guy was quite something to gossip about as he had this cloud of confidence and all around him, plus he was fresh.... I think.
Well, basically *clears throat *, when he arrived, everything changed as per...the girl. She became way more lively than she was before and by the guy's second day of stay in the house, she was quite close to him already. One major thing I noticed,...on this fateful second day( for the guy),in the morning he entered the kitchen and she asked if he had eaten. He said no and suddenly she offered her already prepared spaghetti and Boiled egg to him...and in my head I'm like ermmmm...just like that? OK .....Na only you waka come? ...Continue!
He accepted it of course and like the polite guy he was, he asked her if she had an alternative to eat, and yeah, she did. I can't forget that selfless moment. Something was cooking that wasn't food. That's how that one went....Days passed, we went about out daily activities, going to the school to teach the students and also having great fun. Both of them drew nearer to each other as each day passed...After about a week, he started visiting the girls room, not that some other guys didn't but I just didn't expect it from him, at least in my opinion, but I guess her Charm was strong. He seemed quite reserved at the time about matters relating to the heart so yh...I didn't expect that. Sometimes he'd stay for quite a while with her and play some kind love play....You know this thing when a girl is telling a guy to leave her alone and the guy is proving stubborn then it turns into some physical but yet romantic fight. Some of y'all can relate. Sometimes he'd go to town and get this Ghanian packaged 10 cedis rice with two pieces of chicken and they'd eat together. Sometimes he'd cook he's favourite meal and they'd eat together. At certain times, When she got into an argument with one of the inmates...did I just say inmate? Yeah i did, he'd take her side with no hesitation...
We had several outings, sometimes to the pool at Eusbett Hotel...and of course there were seconds when you'd notice that eye contact between them. These two were playing their Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens game very tight. Sometimes we'd have AIESEC games in the house and of course, doctor love....well, I don't need to delve deep, we all know how we do our thing and pair our friends.*wink*wink*
At a point, I noticed this guy was forming for the girl, perhaps because of other girls he had his eye on in the house and she obviously felt it. She was quite moody for a while and the reason was clear. He was playing away matches ...he couldn't hide it because gist used to go around the house like dragon's fire. It all faded though and they remained close, all through our stay in Sunyani. We went to cape coast, Kakum national park, Hans Cottage botel, where we lodged during the trip and all through the journey there was drama and of course, they were a major part of the gist.
