LC MEETING FOR MARCH 3RD
Hey AIESEC,
Friday’s meeting was enlightening and very interesting. It started by 3:30 (because as usual everyone is always late). The meeting was filled with a lot of not very familiar faces. A lot of submarines and newees showed up for the meeting.
The meeting was anchored by Mojola and Mmesoma. Not the initial plan but as a result of people slying. (organization of slies? is that what we are becoming?)
Next up as usual we had introductions. There was however a twist added to this one. Apart from the regular points of introduction, what’s your favourite song title was added. Majority of people were mad over you, I wonder why?
In the building, was Clara, our new German intern. She’s visiting Lagos for the second time and we sure were glad to have her in our meeting. She introduced herself to us and we found out new and interesting things about her.
As is our usual practice, we broke the ice by playing games. The first game we played was the circle of stupid then we played mingle mingle mingle as well as two truths and a lie.
Mojola then came up for his mini session. He shared very helpful tips on how to have effective and lasting conversations. They were
1) smile
2)Give unique compliments.
3)Find the "me too’s"
4)don’t ask yes or no questions
After which, It was finally time for the main point of discuss for the day. Introduction of the new & agile LC structure. This was anchored by Hassan. Impressive plan we have.
Before wrapping up, don't forget to register and pay for the upcoming FA summit. It is going to be lit, you really don't want to miss it. Also, very important we download the Yandi app guys. You can download it here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.semanienterprise.yanding
We then came to the end of another great AIESEC meeting. There's only so much I can put in a recap. What happens in an AIESEC meeting stays in an AIESEC meeting. For the full information, be at the next meeting of Friday, same time, same place.

Nice post, guys! I'm excited to have learnt a lot in the LC Meeting, especially about the new & improved LC Structure. I'm already looking forward to our FA Summit starting on Friday
